3FP™ Level 2 is where Fierce, Functional, Fun Pilates™ moves into its next evolution: loaded movement. Building on the core integration and sequencing principles of Level 1, this phase introduces weights, blocks, and layered resistance to challenge both form and function — without sacrificing precision. This is where instructors learn to: Cue safe, dynamic loading for shoulders, hips, and spine Modify intelligently for common injuries and chronic conditions Transition students from low-to-ground sequences into upright strength work Use blocks and props creatively (perfect for yoga studios already stocked) We prioritize joint longevity, form under fatigue, and muscle recruitment without momentum. All Level 2 instructors must complete 3FP™ Level 1 prior to enrollment. This is not where the journey starts. It’s where it locks in.
